- Centering for managers -
|

Dear Alex, The term 'meditation' did not fit very well in a business school environment since it was seen as esoteric, mystic, depending on gurus and requiring much time. However, good meditation techniques have one thing in common, namely they teach you how to quiet your brain .... with the ultimate purpose to stop your thoughts. By 'stopping your thoughts' you gain easier access to your Innerself and the part of you that is connected with Infinite Intelligence. I developed a session around this principle and called it 'Centering for Managers', which was a better fit in a MBA environment, since it is based on scientific principles (LOTA theories), it is down to earth and it requires little time. Of course, you do not need to be a manager. The session comes in two versions:
The session takes 10 minutes. When you are ready to start in Powerpoint, click here. When you are ready to start in PDF, click here. When you are in the session, to move along, simply click or slide. Enjoy, your grandfather. |
